If all were pure, there would have been no purity. Recursively, purity is as impure as impurity.
I am not criticizing or questioning purity. In fact I wish to ponder over the degree of impurity in purity. There has to be some kind of pH scale for it. Funny isn’t it? If you are confused till now then you can join me as I am also confused.
What is purity?
An answer can be innocence. To be more precise, it is virginity. Other versions are might be selflessness, devotion and truthfulness. But is that all? If we contradict this by the fact that nothing is white in black, you will notice yourself thinking, when there is all black how do we define white? And yes now you are there.
Hence definition of an “adjective” depends on its deficiency.
Purity does exist in our world because there are glimpses of impurity all around. Purity exists because it is distinguishable. For a mother her child and her love for child are pure. Not that some mothers’ love is impure but because not every “love” is selfless. For a saint his angel is pure. Not that some angels are impure but because Satan exists. For a scientist his research is pure because it involves his devotion to his work. May be the scientist is not successful, but still, since his heart and soul are involved in his objective, it is pure. For a student his most sacred job is his studies. The purest thought is to achieve greatness through his books.
So all of us searching for purity, should find it in ourselves. Most noble cause of our life is purity. We all have been sent on earth for a reason, to bring a change, to make a difference, to alter cultures and to accomplish these goals is “purity”.
Rage the angels with your sacredness
Terrify the world with your readiness
Love like no one has ever loved
Work like no one has ever worked
Search for purity in your desires
Work towards elixir till soul expires
